Front Fork Servicing Suspension Services

Motorcycle front forks need servicing every 10,000 if you hope to keep them working as god intended. If you use your bike on trackdays (15-20 hours max) etc then far far more often…the before and after feel is astounding.

So what do we do at Dragon Motorbikes ?

Our service includes:

Full strip down of shock absorber components.

Examine parts for damage or wear.
Inspect and polish piston rod.
Strip piston and shims, clean and rebuild.
Replace oil seal and guide bush.
Inspect dust seal and replace if required.
Rebuild shock absorber using quality oil.
Re-gas with nitrogen and left on test for 24 hours.
